Our standard products contain a full complement of features to fulfill the needs of nearly every customer. We offer multiple payment options, discounted prepaid annual basis or month-to-month plans. There is no equipment charge for any plans, either residential or small business to enterprise on most plans. We provide the necessary Internet access device when required by the plan as part of the service. You can generally use your existing phones or legacy telephony equipment or you can pick SIP telephone that you can bring with you anywhere there is a high-speed Internet connection you have access to. We will port your existing number(s) or provide you with a new number depending upon your situation.

nexMatrix local new number coverage is nearly complete for the US and Canada, but not 100%. We will notify you if there are limitations to providing local number service and options for your desired area before activating your service.

You may customize your own business plans for your business, wholesale rates are available with additional costs. The rates below are for Tier A customers, Tier B may be available but will require a custom quote. Tier A represents 83% of the United States, so chances are you are in a Tier A market. Costs are per line/trunk and you may add as many as required for the concurrent number of calls your business needs. Each plan requires a minimum of 3 lines/trunks.
