CNAM service is free with most of the calling plans and on other plans it's a pay per incoming call. On nexMetered and nexIncoming a caller ID with both name and number are only $0.0095 each. CallerID is supplied with the unlimited Protelity plans.
Easy to use Portal
nexMatrix has developed an easy to use portal that allows customers to view invoices, change their hunt groups, forward calls out if they lose an internet connection and change information. Every call detail is provided on the portal with the ability to download detailed call records also.
Hunt groups for ATA/PAP users
This service is used by companies with analog telephone systems and using nexMatrix with an adapter to convert from VoIP to analog. Hunting, or a hunt group is a telephony concept that refers to the methodology of distributing phone calls from a single telephone number to a group of several phone lines. Many company charge extra to allow hunting of your telephone numbers when one is busy to go to the next number. nexMatrix Telecom provides you with the tools in your portal to create your own hunt group or if all numbers are busy to go to a cell phone or other device.
