Local DID numbers from nexMatrix are available in 93% of the USA, Canada and Puerto Rico. We keep thousands of ratecenters in stock and immediately available for ordering.

Local DID service is broken down into two different Tiers: Tier (A) and Tier (B).

Tier (A) is all major cities and many medium sized cities. Tier (B) consists of rural and smaller areas where network build out is more expensive.

nexMatrix 411 service is available by dialing any area code then 555-1212 or by dialing 411 directly. The current retail rate for 411 is $.99 per call.

Outbound Caller ID Name may be added to most of our Tier A DID numbers. This allows you set the name people see on their caller ID when you make calls for a specific DID number. Retail customers incur a one time charge of $10 for each DID number that requires updating. It may take up to thirty days for outbound caller ID name to work. This is because the telephone directory LiDB takes time to update. Caller ID name is not a dynamic automatic feature.

Directory service listings are offered in over forty US calling markets. This service can be added to many of nexMatrix's Tier A DID numbers. Current retail pricing for this product is $2 per month for each listing.

Virtual PRI service (sometimes called channelized DID or session based DID pricing) is available to customers who wish to pay by the channel instead of per minute. Rates vary depending on the number of channels. Contact us today if you would like more information. This service only applies to inbound calls.

nexMatrix offers prepaid services only. At the time of signup, you will provide a credit card in which we will charge your card the amount specified on the signup form. Upon transaction approval, your newly created account will be credited the entire charge amount. Once you are a customer, you will be able to deposit money into your account using your credit card at any time. You must maintain a positive balance in order to continue service with nexMatrix. You can view your usage, billing details and call detail reports instantly online through our customer user portal.

You may port your existing Local or Toll free number to nexMatrix from your current provider. All ports are initiated from the customer portal. Local DID ports normally take about ten business days. Toll free port requests normally take five business days. Actual porting times may vary as the originating carrier can refuse to release any telephone number. We also offer emergency porting options for customers who may be down or who are scheduled to be turned off.

Number porting in all US48, CA and Toll Free calls are rounded to the nearest six second. International calls have a thirty second minimum once connected and then are rounded to the nearest six second (known as 30/6).
